The 'Knaus Owners Club of Great Britain' was officially formed during the first meeting of its members, on the weekend of 30th August to 2nd September 2002 by the founding members, Bill and Jean Sier of Cambridgeshire.

The first meeting of the group took place at the Waterfront Country Park camping site at West Stockwith, nr. Chesterfield, with eight units attending.

Mike and Jill Dixon took over as Secretary and Treasurer for the club in 2003. In April 2007 they stood down from their positions, and Keren Nicholls was elected as the new Secretary, with Bill Lowes taking up the position of Treasurer who saw the club through its transitional period.

Today our present Chairman is Clive Egginton assisted by Secretary Susanna Brooking, Membership Secretaries Clive and Marian Boxley and Treasurer *******.

The club's membership of 80 plus members is widely spread throughout most of the UK, with the AGM being held at the Peterborough Show.

We meet several times a year, the main venues being the Peterborough Show in April and the Lincoln show in September. Norfolk, Scarborough, Barnoldswick, Pateley Bridge and Malvern have all seen rallies by the Knaus Owners Club GB in recent years.

As with all modern organisations Facebook is the way we communicate with our own Knaus Owners Facebook Group.
